LinoFlow

The workflow that turns your tasks into child’s play

Linoprint Flow
You start the machine. Linoprint Flow takes care of the rest. Linoprint Flow automatically controls the entire printing process – from prepress up to impression count. The software generates static but also fully variable print jobs: It is possible to change the entire printed image so that each of the cups is given a marking of its own. You no longer need to type the variable data manually but simply import the contents from CSV files or directly from SQL databases – fast, automatically and without error. The barcode module generates all kinds of common 1D and 2D codes and lets you easily import new codes.

Simple and fast. The well-arranged Linoprint Flow software makes operation easy. Printing starts and stops automatically and synchronously with the packaging line. System monitoring and user log-on/log-off take place at the touch panel. The user management with several authorization levels complies with the strict GAMP guidelines and prevents unauthorized changes to print jobs: the print jobs are set up at a higher level – meaning even untrained staff can easily work with Flow. As an alternative, DriveLine F can be integrated into a fully automated workflow with superordinate control.

All at a single glance. With the optional Linoprint Inspection Control, you can monitor the print contents and quality. The print quality control camera features a high resolution over the entire printing width and is fully integrated into the Flow workflow and the enclosure of the DriveLine F. It uses control criteria already stored with the job data. After a simple teach-in phase, it allows for continued control of static and variable print contents – fonts/texts, images, barcodes or 2D codes – during operation. This ensures absolute safety, which is strictly mandatory in the pharmaceutical sector.
