Print and Transport Systems. The modular Linoprint system comprises transport and print modules for a large range of 2D and 3D blanks of different materials, each placing its own demands on the processing process. And since top performance of every system relies on perfect interplay, we configure and customize every Linoprint system so it perfectly fulfills its functions.

Linoprint // Fit

Consulting, Planning, Design. We keep close contact with you when planning and designing your Linoprint system as quite a number of requirements and issues only turn up during discussions, and the best solutions are often found in an open dialogue. Our designers and developers keep in contact with you even after commissioning of your Linoprint system – as a flawlessly operating system does not necessarily mean there is no room for improvement.

Integration and Control Software. The control software offers numerous options and is individually adapted to the functions offered by your printing system – from stand-alone operation to complete integration into your ERP system. All prepress steps can also be integrated so you can process PDF files. A unique feature of all variants: the user interface is very clear, and operation is as easy as can be.

Linoprint // Lab

Matching Ink and Substrate. Ink, material surface and printhead must optimally interact to obtain a high print quality meeting all requirements of your market. To ensure this, the Linoprint Lab analyzes the required print properties and runs extensive tests before recommending a system or a specific ink. By request, we are gladly offering sample prints for your intended print process.

Linoprint // Services

Consumables and Services. The Linoprint efficiency relies last but not least on the excellent quality of after-sales service. Specially trained staff performs on-site maintenance and repairs. And when necessary, we are offering a 24-hour remote service. Apart from spare parts, Heidelberg’s World Logistics Center also stocks inks and other consumables to meet even unforeseeable additional demands fast and in a straightforward way.
